- 1 (3lb) Pork Loin roast (rolled)
- 1 Jar of Louisiana Sisters Spiced Tapenade
- Creole Seasoning to taste
- 1/2 Jar of Louisiana Sisters Pepper Jelly
Roll open roast and sprinkle both sides with Creole seasoning lightly. Spread Louisiana Sisters Spiced Tapenade evenly on roast, then roll back up. Tie roast with kitchen string to keep its’ shape. Bake in 350° oven for 1 (one) hour or until your meat thermometer read 160°. Microwave Louisiana sisters Pepper Jelly for 10 seconds, then brush the jelly on top of the roast as soon as you remove it from the oven. Let roast rest for a few minutes then cut and serve.
