Louisiana Sisters Chicken and Pasta Salad

  • 4 oz uncooked rotini
  • 2 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup chopped roasted red bell peppers
  • 12 pitted Louisiana Sisters New Orleans Spiced Pitted Olives, halved (this is the best part!)
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Cook rotini according to directions on package.  Combine rest of ingredients while rotini is cooking.  Drain rotini & rinse under cold running water.  Add to chicken mixture.  Toss gently.  Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.
